I work primarily with small to mid-size businesses (5–200 employees) across industries including retail, finance, education, SaaS, and professional services. My clients are typically in Australia, the US, Germany, and Spain, though I work remotely with anyone globally.
How long does a typical automation project take?
A focused automation project (one workflow or add-in) typically takes 2–3 weeks from kick-off to deployment. Larger projects with multiple integrations can take 4–8 weeks. I provide a clear timeline upfront in the proposal.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. I handle all the technical complexity. You describe your business problem in plain English, and I handle the rest — from architecture to deployment to training your team on the new tools.
What does a free consultation involve?
It's a 30-minute video call where we discuss your current workflows, identify where automation can help most, and I give you an initial recommendation — with no obligation to proceed. Most clients leave with at least 2–3 actionable ideas.
