Several counters, different products, one page at the end of the day.
Noman Aslam builds the system for a store inside a mall, or a department store with more than one kind of counter. Garments carry size and color. Electronics can carry a serial number. A grocery counter in the same place still sells by weight. Staff and drawers stay with their department. You see one day. If you are the landlord collecting rent from other shops, that is a separate scope, not a hidden line on a receipt. Hourly work is $35. A fixed fee is a custom quote after the departments are named.
Who this is for
You own a multi-counter store, or one shop on a mall floor, and a single piece-count till is wrong for at least one department. The night report should add the counters without mixing a shirt size with a kilo of rice.
If the mall landlord only wants a sales figure from you, that is an export. You do not need rent-collection software unless you are the one billing the other shops.
What I build
- Departments with their own products, staff, and shifts
- Garments as style, size, and color, each with a quantity
- Serial-numbered goods, so a return is that unit
- A grocery or perishable counter with weight or expiry when that department needs it
- Returns posted back to the department that sold the item
- One owner report across departments, still readable per counter
Rent, power, and sales-share billing for independent tenant shops is quoted separately. It can share a login. It is not the POS screen.
What you keep
- Each department's stock and sales
- The combined day, without erasing the counters
- The code
How an engagement starts
- You name the counters and one product that does not fit a simple quantity.
- I split departments first, then the shared daily report.
- We continue at $35 an hour, or I send a fixed quote once the departments are specific. Rent billing, if you need it, is its own quote.
- Each counter closes its drawer. You open one page.
I will not put tenant rent and a barcode sale on the same receipt and call it one system.
Read these before the call
- Departments, counters, and the landlord case
- Several cashiers on one stock file
- All shop and POS work
- Pricing — $35 an hour, or a custom quote
Questions
I only have one shop inside a mall. Is this for me?
Use this page if you have more than one kind of product counter. A single grocery or a single garments shop can start on the grocery page or the main POS page. Say which counters you actually run.
Can you bill mall tenants for rent?
Yes, as its own scope: shops, charges, and payments. It is not built by adding a rent button to the till.
How do you charge?
Hourly work is $35. A fixed fee is a custom quote after the departments, and any rent billing, are defined.
Name the counters
Garments, electronics, grocery, or rent from other shops. I reply within one business day.
