The repeatable parts of a YouTube video, built as software you own.
Noman Aslam builds scripts, automations, and small apps for YouTubers. A topic goes in. A script draft, a voice pass, a first-cut video, and thumbnail and title options come out, and they wait for you. You keep the channel. Nothing is published until you approve it. Hourly work is $35. A fixed fee is a custom quote after the scope is written down.
Who this is for
You upload on a schedule, and the same jobs eat the week: writing the script, getting a voice track, assembling the video, making the thumbnail, and filling in the title and description. You want those steps to run from a brief, with you still approving the result. You might already have a messy Python script or an n8n flow that breaks. That is the same engagement.
This is not a channel-management agency. I do not pick your niche, post for you while you are away, or promise views, subscribers, or monetization.
What I build
- A script draft from your topic, length, and notes about how you talk, which stops until you edit it
- A voice step that formats the approved script for you to record, or sends it to the voice tool you choose
- A video assembly: approved voice, captions, and visuals in a template, as a first cut
- Thumbnail and title options from a template you have already approved
- Upload details as a draft: description, chapters, and tags, waiting for you
- A queue when more than one video is in progress, as a script or a small private app
Script, voice, video, and graphics are all in scope when the job is automation or an AI step you can review. I am not the person on camera, and I am not a voice actor. If a step needs a human editor's taste on every frame, the automation stops at a tidy project that person can finish.
What you keep
- The channel and the Google account
- The API keys, in your own accounts
- The code, the workflow, and the templates
- The decision to publish, including YouTube's AI-use question
How an engagement starts
- You walk through one video, from idea to upload, and mark the steps you hate repeating.
- I tell you what becomes a script, what becomes a workflow, and whether you need an app at all.
- We continue at $35 an hour, or I send a fixed quote once the steps and tools are specific.
- You run it on the next video. The accounts and the code stay yours.
I will turn the work down when the ask is to publish without anyone watching the video, or to present someone else's footage as yours.

Questions
Do I have to be technical?
No. Describe the steps you repeat for every video, in ordinary language. I turn those steps into a script, an automation, or a small app, and I show you how to run it.
Will you run my channel?
No. You keep the channel, the accounts, and the decision to publish. I build the production steps you are tired of doing by hand: script, voice, video, and graphics.
Can you do the voice, the edit, and the thumbnail?
I build the automation for those steps. I am not a voice actor or a channel manager. Voice means a script prepared for you to record, or a connection to the voice tool you already use. Video means a first cut from a template. Graphics means thumbnail and title options you pick from.
How do you charge?
Hourly work is $35. A fixed fee is a custom quote after the steps and the tools are written down. Work outside that scope is agreed before it starts.
