I started my career as a software developer, writing backend systems and building web applications. But over time, I noticed something: the businesses I worked with were spending enormous amounts of time on manual, repetitive tasks that software could easily handle.
That's when I pivoted. I stopped taking generic development work and started focusing exclusively on business automation — the intersection of software engineering and operational efficiency.
Over 4+ years, I've helped businesses across Australia, the US, Germany, and Spain automate workflows, integrate AI into their existing tools, and build custom Office 365 add-ins that their teams actually use.
